| 英文描述 | Although there are enzootic areas of Histoplasmosis in the U.S., cases are rarely reported. Granulomatous colitis due to HISTOPLASMA CAPSULATUM has been described, there are reports of abortion in mares due to H. CAPSULATUM, and pulmonary histoplasmosis can occur. Dx by biopsy or cytology of aspirates. There is no correlation between skin tests and clinical evidence of the disease. There may be a protein losing enteropathy. |
